James Roth, president of training and consulting firm AuditTrends, received the 2018 John B. Thurston Award for his article, "How to Audit Culture," on May 7 at The IIA's International Conference in Dubai. Published in Internal Auditor's June 2017 issue, the article discusses how culture audits can help practitioners gain insight into the causes of poor organizational behavior.
